This 530sf cottage takes advantage of the City of San Diego's Companion Unit code.  Located on a single family lot with a 1910 Arts and Crafts bungalow facing the street, the cottage features custom color windows, a polished concrete floor, a white powder coated steel canopy and inset douglas fir paneling with a bead profile.  Chickens not included.
