Arts & Crafts meets a small lot in historic Mission Hills neighborhood

 

A growing family engaged us with a challenge: design the maximum square footage allowed on a "postage stamp" size lot with numerous zoning challenges and make it look like it has always been there. Mission accomplished. Construction begins February 2024.
