The team at Domestic Architecture attained permitting approval from the Venice Neighborhood Council, the California Coastal Commission and the City of Los Angeles to build a ground up 5,500sf residence on a walk street in Venice Beach. The house includes a private courtyard at the center and a rooftop terrace to attain views of the Pacific Ocean. The exterior is clad in recycled plastic shingles with an integral custom color for minimal maintenance.  The home is featured in Wallpaper Magazine.
